4 cornish game hens, 1 pound each
1 Tbsp oil
3 Tbsp soy Sauce
3 Tbsp teriyaki sauce
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Dash ground ginger
Dash black pepper
2 cloves garlic, sliced
Rub hens with oil
Mix marinade ingredients together.
Place hens in a glass bowl
Pour marinade over hens
Remove hens, and place on rack in a roastig pan
Roast hens at 400 for 50 minutes, turning once
Cut hens in half lengthwise to serve
