Nut Balls
Makes about 3 dozen
1 cup walnuts
1/4 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup tahini (or sesame butter)
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 cup carb chips or chocolate chips
Grind the walnuts, sunflower seeds, and sesame seeds in a processor or blender
Turn mixture into bowl and add tahini, honey and peanut putter
Blend well
Form into small balls rolling each later in the carob or chocolate chips
Chill in a single layer
