Donna's Favorite Recipes



Green Beans and Blue Cheese
serves 4

1/2 pound green beans
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 Tbsp crumbled blue cheese
3 Tbsp chopped parsley

Cook bean in a pot of boiling salted water until just tender, about 4 minutes. Drain, rinse under cold water. Drain and pat dry

Toss green beans with oil and vinegar
Add salt and pepper
Toss gently with blue cheese and parsley
