Granola Bars
Makes about 2 1/2 dozen
3/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 cups granola
1/3 cup shelled sunflower seeds
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 400
Generously grease 10 X 15 X 1 inch baking pan
Combine butter, sugar and honey in large mixing bown and blend well
Add vanilla and salt and beat until smooth
Stir in granola, seeds and nuts and mix thoroughly
Turn into prepared pan, spreading evenly
Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until lightly browned
Cool completely and cut into squares
