1 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 and 1/3 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup deshelled unsalted pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup deshelled unsalted sunflower seeds
1 cup wheat germ
Preheat over 375
Cream butter, brown sugar, and honey until creamy
Add eggs and vanilla and beat
Sift together flour, salt and baking soda
Add gradually to butter mixture
Add oats, raisins, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and wheat germ
Blend together
Place large tablespoon-sized drops 4 inches apart on a lightly oiled baking sheet
Bake 10 to 12 minutes, until golden brown
