Crunchy Baked Chicken

1 frying chicken, 3 pounds, cut into pieces
1 egg
1/4 cup milk or half and half
1 cup instant potato flakes
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp melted butter
In a bowl, beat egg and milk
In another bowl, combine potato flakes, garlic salt, paprika and poultry seasoning and parmesan cheese
Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture
Then roll them in potato flake mixture to coat evenly
Place chicken in baking dish
Bake at 400 for 35 minutes. Turn chicken once
Increase oven to 425. Bake another 10 minutes
