Donna's Favorite Recipes



Artichoke Nibbles
6 servings

1 jar - 6 ounces - marinated artichoke hearts
1/2 loaf narrow baguette (French bread), cut into 1/4 inch slices
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Drain artichoke hearts
Place on artichoke on each slice of bread
Stir together cheese and mayonnaise
Spread about 1 tablespoon cheese mixture on top each artichoke heart
Place appetizers on baking sheet
Broil for 2 to 3 minutes or until the cheese is melted and light golden brown
Serve immediately
