Walnut Butter Cookies
makes 2 1/2 dozen

1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup butter (room temperature)
1/2 cup chopped or sliced walnuts

Preheat oven to 300
Sift flour, cornstarch and sugar into a large bowl
Add butter and mix well
Stir in walnuts

Place rounded teaspoons onto baking sheet
Bake about 12 minutes until cookies are golden
