Donna's Favorite Recipes



Twice Baked Potatoes
4 servings

4 baking potatoes
3 sliced green onions
2 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup hot milk
1/2 tsp salt
Black pepper dash
Nutmeg dash
paprika dash
4 slices of bacon, cooked crisp
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp grated sharp cheddar

Wash potatoes. Prick each potato with a fork in numerous times
Bake potatoes at 400 for one hour

Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out the potato pulp into a bowl

Mash the potato pulp with the hot mik until fluffy
Beat in the butter and green onions. Add seasonings

Crumble the cooked bacon and add to the mixture
Spoon the mixture into the potato shells
Sprinkle with the two cheeses

Place potatoes on a baking sheet. Bake at 375 about 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and potatoes are hot
