Donna's Favorite Recipes



Tofu Broccoli Stir Fry

2 tsp vegetable oil
1 pound tofu, cubed
2 large stalks of broccoli, julienne
minced garlic, to taste
ginger root, to taste
1 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce

Heat the oil in a wok or large saute pan
Combine the tofu, broccoli, garlic and ginger root
Stir Fry for about 5 minutes
Season with soy sauce
Serve hot over brown rice
