4 slices top sirloin, about 3/4 inch thick
2 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp sliced green onion
1 Tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
2 Tbsp lemon juice
Dash salt, Dash pepper
3 Tbsp sliced green onion
Place steaks between waxed paper and pound slightly with rolling pin
Melt 1 Tbsp butter in a pan. Add green onions. Saute till soft
Stir in Worchestershire sauce, parsley and lemon juice. Heat then keep warm
Melt the remaining butter in another skillet. Add steaks to the pan
Saute quickly about 2 minutes on eachside. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Spoon the butter & onion mixture over the steaks in the pan
Place hot steaks on a serving dish. Pour pan juices over. Sprinke with green onions
