Roast Chicken with Rosemary

1 medium chicken, 3 and 1/2 pounds
1 Tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
4 cloves garlic, chopped
Rub chicken with olive oil
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper
Sprinkle chicken with pieces of rosemary and garlic
Place one large spring of fresh rosemary in the chicken cavity
Roast chicken at 400 for 35 minutes
