Ravioli and Zucchini
4 servings
2 package (9 ounces) uncookd refrigerated cheese filled ravioli
3 cups julienne-cut zucchini
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried basil leaves
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp chicken flavor instant bouillon
1/4 cup shredded reduced fat mozzarella cheese
Spray large skillet with cooking spray
heat over medium high heat until hot
Add zucchini, onions, bell pepper, garlic powder, basil, salt and pepper
Cook and stir 5 minuted until vegetables are crisp-tender
Reduce heat to medium-low, stir in water, bouilon and cooked ravioli
Cook 5 more minutes or until heated, stiring occasionally
Add cheese and toss to combine
