Green Beans and Red Peppers
2 servings
1 onion, sliced into 1/4 inch rings
1/2 cup roasted red peppers
1/2 tsp olive oil
1/2 pound fresh green beans, cooked and drained
1 Tbsp fresh oregano OR 1 tsp dried
pepper to taste
Saute the onions and peppers un the oil until onions begin to brown
Add the green beans
Add oregano and black pepper, toss
Cover and cook for 2 minutes
