2 pounds chicken wings
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon red pepper
2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Red and yellow bell peppers for garnish
In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients and mix well
Flour each piece well with the dry mixture. Pat off any excess flour
In a large frying pan, heat the oil until very hot
Fry the chicken wings on each side until golden
Remove them to a baking sheet
Bake at 400 for 20 to 25 minutes or until they are tender
Garnish with strips of bell pepper, if desired
