4 slices bacon
4 eggs
1 cup half and half
1 cup grated swiss cheese
2 cups broccoli flowerettes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper
preheat oven to 350
Cook bacon till crisp. Set aside
Beat eggs with cream and cheese
Stir in broccoli, salt, garlic powder and lemon pepper
Crumble bacon. Stir half of the bacon into egg mixture
Pour into a 9 inche pie plate
Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes
Top with remaining bacon
