Dan's Song

Now you may think
that I've helped you
But I haven't done that much
I don't think I know alot
there are things my mind hasn't touched

So stick me in the back of your memory
'cause I'm really not that great
And if you do what I ask
I won't come back to late

Stick me in the back of your memory
And promise me you won't cry
'Cause if you do what I ask
I won't have to say good-bye

Now a rose or a letter
don't do very much
And I don't believe in good luck rings
But if I could be anything like you
I'd believe in everything
Like bright red roses
letters galore
very good luck rings
library friends forever
and millions of things
