Hello and Happy New Years ! I got soooo caught up in the holidays this year, I started Donna's Holiday Pages . I wasn't really planning to do holiday pages, they just kind of happened, and now I'm alittle addicted to it. Also, my movie pages are almost completed, and I should have them up and running soon. I am also looking at getting a mailing list on my website again. I plan to have that up ASAP. And......I finally am trying DSL again. This time I got SBC Yahoo, and I hope it works better than my terrible experience with Earthlink DSL last year. I really need DSL to keep creating myMP3.com Stations.

So what have I been up to in Real Life ? December 19th was my birthday. Some friends took me to a great restaurant in Hollywood, Cafe des Artistes. It is my absolute favorite. The decor and atmosphere are incredible. The food is outstanding, and they have a wonderful martini menu.

I've seen some of my favorite stars at the American Cinematheque at the Egyptian Theatre. Carol Channing, Nicolas Cage , Robin Williams , Christopher Walken , Sam Rockwell and George Clooney were some of the stars who stopped by while I was on my volunteer shift. I also volunteered at the annual Cinematheque awards ceremony, which honored Denzel Washington this year. One of the presentors was my absolute favorite heart-throb, Keanu Reeves . That was an absolute dream to see Keanu up close. And people ask me why I spend my time volunteering.......sigh....
If you want to catch the Cinematheque Tribute to Denzel Washington , it will be shown on the AMC channel on Monday March 3rd. Don't try to look for me, I'll just be alittle shadow way, way in the back of the crowd somewhere.

I also found time to do a reading of a screenplay for the Drama Garage Screenplay Series. It was called "The Ride of LBJ" by Steve Kalvar. It was about the life of President Lyndon Johnson. During the time I was preparing for the reading, I read Lydon Johnson and the American Dream by Doris Kearns Goodwin. It is a very interesting biography of President Johnson, and I recommend it.
